Ann has been actively been managing real estate in Tucson since 1998. She came to Tucson to manage properties owned by her family. Starting her career as an "owner manager" has given her a unique perspective as a property manager as she truly takes "ownership" of the assets managed by AZ 1st Realty Management. She understands that success can only be achieved through a true partnership with her clients. She instills the same "ownership" attitude in all her team members which has benefitted AZ 1st with the loyalty and longevity of both clients and employees. Ann graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration and is a currently licensed Broker in the state of Arizona.
Stacey Allis
Director of Operations
Stacey Allis joined AZ 1st Realty Management in 2004, bringing with her over 5 years of experience in Property Management. Stacey has "worn many hats" during her tenure including Property Manager, Regional Supervisor, Controller and currently Director of Operations. Stacey graduated from University of Norther Iowa with a degree in Elementary Education, she also completed a degree in Criminal Justice and is a member of the National Honors Society. Stacey is currently licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
James Crowder
Director of Operations, Small Property Portfolio
James came to AZ 1st in 2017 bringing with him over 20 years' experience in management, marketing, and sales. James has served as a Property Manager, Regional Manager and is currently the Director of Operations for our Small Properties Portfolio. James has been actively managing properties in Tucson since 2013.
Alicia Trujillo
Corporate Office Manager
Alicia has been with AZ 1st Realty Management since 2015, she began her career as a leasing agent however her attention to detail and upbeat demeanor made her the clear choice to manage the corporate office. Alicia has been keeping our office on track since 2017.
Alma Gonzalez
Corporate Brand Manager
Alma has been with AZ 1st Realty Management since 2004. During her time as a Property Manager she consistently outperformed expectations financially and aesthetically making her the ideal choice as our first Corporate Brand Manager. Alma's dedication to her position assures that our properties are always operating at optimum levels.
Annahi Sicairos
Accounts Payable Manager
Annahi began her career in Property Management with Az 1st Realty Management in 2007. She started as a leasing and advanced her career through her hard work and dedication to her various positions. Annahi is a licensed salesperson with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Annahi does a fantastic job of keeping our vendors happy!
